TRIP DAY 21: LAST DAY IN INDIA

Namaste from Delhi on the last day of our tour of India;

Today Beatriz has spent a night a little poor due to stomach problems, but nothing a paracetamol has failed to ease.

We got up quietly at 10 am and after the shower and let rigor half we made the bags down to the German Bakery for breakfast toast with butter and jam, 2 eggs, tortilla, spicy potatoes with something else that we know is, mango juice and coffee with milk, all for 60 rupees each, as you see a breakfast basis for face our last day in Delhi. As the place was full of people (mostly foreigners) we sat with two guys at the same table. I must say that this site are the majority of foreigners especially breakfast because the food is very rich and also comes recommended by the Lonely Planet.

Volvo

imos up to the room to finish making backpacks and left at the reception, even at night because we do not take the plane. When we go out to all the shops are closed, ask and tell us everything is closed today ........ We go because we wanted to do some comprilla termianr we needed ......... So we get on the Internet to publish yesterday. After looking for a post office to buy some stamps, llebado 2 days trying. In the guide we know we have a very close, so we'll see if we find it, tell us wonder ............. do not see it ........ turn to ask ........... and nothing but the enc Ontramos ........ because nothing we walked with enough heat to vary and dozens of bike rick saws trying to cogieramos one, one is I have to be pushed to make us each step of truth ............... sometimes make you lose patience that remains minimal. We kept walking without really knowing where and with a blazing sun overhead. We ended up returning to Main Street Bazaar which is the hotel, but on the other end and soon approached us rick saw a motorcycle and as with any other in the morning try to negotiate for the afternoon to take us to the airport. Chaman had told us the day before that a good price was 125-150 rupees, a taxi charge from 400. This guy saw rick accepts llevarno s for 125, so we tell the hotel where we are and are left with at 8:45 pm. We walked and into one of the few stores that are open to pass the time. About 10 minutes later we meet again with the same saw rick and says that everything is closed and that if we want to lead us for 10 rupees to another market that is open. We say we do not want to go to any emporium (government stores to set prices, which tend to have good grades but are more expensive) and do not say no, nooo, it's a big building with shops inside. A Beatriz does not make too much grace as is almost convinced that it will take us to an emporium, but I tell you where we are not we will be able to do anything and although it is also going elsewhere but with no major problem become. So in the end we got, Beatrice is convinced he saw the car Chaman who was with another person very close to our hotel, but we have not seen to be mounted on the saw rick. We were a little uneasy about whether something could happen with the backpacks, because from the street were seen by looking a little on your doorstep. At the end when we got where we wanted to take the rick we saw that we had actually led to an emporium and say that there do not want to go, he insists that there m ost stores and enter. Just coming in and at least it is chilly, but after a time to see everything and that people look at us dizzy with this and see what else we again go out with the intention of becoming. We bought a bottle of water and say to take us back to where we had caught, because that's not what we wanted, he insisted on going to see other shops next door but with a resounding no we got in and saw rick return to Main Bazaar, I pay the 10 rupees and say that at 9 quarter we are in the hotel. We strongly believe that it will not come because we have not bought anything, but hey we'll see what happens. The first pass by the hotel to see if they are the backpacks and we see this all as we had left . We get into the Bakery for a drink, there was almost people and we start talking with the owner, ending by sitting with us and among other things tells us how the question of fees at hotels, and that is when some taxi driver saw rick, etc. to any client has any hotel that receives 50 % of what the customer paid the first night, most nights if the amount is Complete for the hotel, (now we explain because often ask us how many nights we'll be) and it is much money that can be drawn the taxi drivers and there that if you go with one of them the room is not going out cheap. It also tells us that when eating is not usually given rse commissions and that he is very happy because the majority of foreigners who stay in this area will restaurant. It also tells us that the issue of being fully closed today is because people are to strike for the steady increase in diesel prices and many staples and salaries do not rise (sound familiar?), Soon leave pictures in the news of television and out some pictures of Main Street Bazaar is that 2 days ago a small bomb exploded 150 meters from the hotel where we are. We were very surprised by this, we are still counting the things that are worse every day and over the competition among traders is very large. Des for more chatting a while we decided to see if the hell do we find the post office, so we return to where more or less has to be and this time after ask a few people just getting to it. We see that on a balcony is hung a small sign that says post office. A super portal narrow grimy steep stairs and there on the first floor we have 2 small windows with bars, only one open and to ask for stamps tells me to wait 5 minutes. It's like the rest of which we have seen, it seems Spain 30 or 40 years is amazing. By the way according to the Lonely says India is the country that has post offices (see to believe). It's time we have nothing to eat but hunger and as we see are slowly opening the streets and do some shopping comprillas. When we returned to the hotel tired and to make time we take a war partidaa ships and Beatriz again eg rder and it has not been able to win a single game in India. At 8 we get the latest on that is left of chorizo \u200b\u200band we get a sandwich to eat something before going to the airport. At 9 quarter went outside to see if it comes our friend Rick saw as we expected but never arrives, so I go back to negotiate with a few until one agrees to take us for 150 rupees. We take things and after saying goodbye to people we got hotel toward the airport. We put music to stop India and volume at first then change the radio dial and suddenly sound like The Bangles, Rick Asley after ......... Western music is the first we heard since we arrived, and so humming and remembering old days sooner than we thought at the airport as we had been told that it took 1 hour but as we found no jams in half an hour we were now. Only 3 hours almost to leave the plane. The first do to queue to enter the airport, there are enough people and we ask for passport and ticket. Once inside we where we need to check in and get in the queue to tell us that first we have to go elsewhere to spend the baggage security screening, so there we go and after passing through the scanner they put a strap backpacks . Back to the tail of billing and bill after a while without problems and give us some precincts as they put in the luggage when invoices, to put it in each and every one of the hand luggage. Look out for customs control, but first you have to pass immigration control persentando passport and we have had a role to fill. Here there are enough people in line so that it takes a long time. Below the customs control where there is also a fairly long line, go through the baggage scanner and us through the arch and we both cached and look up and down, always men on one side and women on the other. I removed the lighter it is prohibited (no-smoking points around the airport) and we put a seal on the seals which had put the hand luggage. Since there was only going to the gate, when we were already leading the qeu and between all these steps had spent more than 2 hours. Crossed after a while the gate looking in typical part of a lot of times the seals and seal in the middle of the corridor through which you access the other control plane asking you back the passport and ticket receipt stamp seals. As you can see some security measures of milk, and you never are a few airports that we have had so much control we had walked, so to take into account the need to be at the airport well in advance.

I forgot to say that at the airport I realize that I have diarrhea too big, so I fear the worst for the trip. Beatriz is fully recovered and now I that I'm with discomfort. The flight to Amsterdam normal and something more than 7 hours we arrived. I tasted no food to avoid consequences. In Amsterdam we have the time just to make the transfer. At 9:35 hours time we landed in Madrid. The luggage also comes smoothly and there are Berta and St. waiting for us with omelette and sausage ........ ............... joer my stomach hurts this feeling like shit (pun intended).

And this was all our good fortune in India. Hopefully the efforts we have done our part to write every day to go about doing this blog was worth it and you enjoyed it. We know that you have been many of us you have been following but only a few you have participated with comments. To see if you next time you throw to make it more participatory. Kisses and hugs
